It was an interesting article. I think it is partially right. You still need military power but also need to up the emphasis on other elements of national power.

Do you reckon that's $113m in R&D and excluding the cost of buying the actual drones?
Cause if not, that's a hell of an ROI, to render $12bn investment near useless with $0.1bn!
