This week, I am publishing a series of short articles for subscribers that describe the insights I gained from my recent Ukraine visit. In this third article describing my observations on the status of the war in Ukraine, I will explore the challenges that Ukraine is having mobilising its people for the war, and how this contrasts with Russia’s capacity to do the same.
